Skate Canada Privacy Code (updated May 2020)

Liability Policy - The NOTL Skating Club assumes no responsibility for any accident, loss or injury that may arise from any cause during skating programs.  Skaters will not be allowed on the ice unless the Registration form has been completed and payment in full has been received along with the following forms as applicable

Refund Policy - Refunds will not be granted after the 4th week of program start date unless a medical certificate is received. Any refunds granted will be prorated (from time of registration date) less $20 per skater administrative fee, the $58 Skate Canada Membership fee & the $40 raffle ticket book fee. Requests must be emailed to the Club at skatenotl@outlook.com stating the reason for refund  

Photography & Publicity Release - I give consent to the NOTL Skating Club for my child’s name, photograph, video image and/or achievements to be released to the media & used in club publications (i.e.: Club Website, Bulletin Boards, Social Media etc.)

Harness Liability Waiver - I give permission for my child to use the harness and will not hold liable anyone affiliated with the NOTL Skating Club, arena staff or Skate Canada for any injury, loss or damage that may occur while using this device
