| VOLUNTEER INFORMATION The Niagara-on-the-Lake Skating Club would not exist without its volunteers. We ask all parents to support their children by volunteering for fundraising initiatives and special events to help make their experience with us a successful and memorable one. To this end, the Club requires all parents of STARSkaters to post a Volunteer Bond in the form of a post dated cheque (May 1, 2012) of $100.00. Upon completion of the volunteer time, the cheque will be returned. STARSkate Pre-Junior volunteer time is 8 hours and all other STARSkate programs require 15 hours. A schedule of volunteer opportunities will be posted monthly commencing in September of the current season. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to sign up for volunteer activities. The volunteer hours must be completed by May 1, 2012. |
